Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customer care is important to us! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sageandmoonstudio.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing times vary depending on the product. Most orders are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery times depend on your chosen method and carrier.
Custom Orders

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
Under EU consumer protection law, customers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order. This is sometimes called the 14-day cooling-off period.
Products That Are Exempt
Because most Sage & Moon Studio items are custom-printed and made to order, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Products That Are Not Exempt
If we offer any non-custom or non-personalized products, EU customers will have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Customers must notify us within the 14-day period.
- Once approved, the product must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We will refund the cost of the product and the original standard shipping cost (if applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
